Resepi :: Cream Puff

Assalamualaikum, Salam Sejahtera.

Semalam I dok cerita bertapa mengidamnya I nak masak  masakan ala2 kampung gitu kan. Bebila I ada peluang memasak masakan tersebut, off sure I share resepi. Sekali I tepek gambar. Nak copy2 gambar dari Google macam tak real pulak. Tak best tak selesa. Sebelum orang cop takde originality, baik sedar diri. Oke sekarang memang sedar diri. Hek.

So sekarang tengah takde kerja, dok terjah2 resepi kuih. Tiba2 ter-stop kat resepi Cream Puff. Erk! Nak terai boleh? Persoalannya, jadi tak? Takpe kite share dulu. Hehe.

Resepi Cream Puff

Bahan-bahan untuk 10biji
100ml air
45g butter (suhu nilik, potong 1cm)
60g tepung gandum (diayak)
2biji telur (100gm)

Cara-cara

  1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 200c. Alaskan dulang oven (oven plate) dengan aluminium foil kemudian sapukan minyak ke atasnya. Lepas tu ayaklah tepung. Masukkan telur ke dalam mangkuk. Pukul biar telur kuning dan putih bercampur.
  2. Masukkan air dan butter ke dalam periuk. Masak dengan api sederhana kemudian kuatkan sehingga mendidih. Bila dah mendidih tutupkan api.
  3. Masukkan tepung dan kacau cepat-cepat.
  4. Panaskan semula adunan dengan api sederhana sehingga nampak kepingan nipis terbentuk.
  5. Masukkan telur, kacau cepat-cepat.
  6. Masukkan adunan ke dalam piping bag. Pipe kan ke atas dulang. Aggaran diameternya ialah 5cm.
  7. Spray permukaan cream puff dengan air. Bakar dalam oven pada suhu 200c selama 15minit. Kemudian turunkan suhu kepada 180c dan bakar selama 25minit. Kalau nak nampak perang, biarkan cream puff di dalam oven beberapa minit sebelum dikeluarkan.
Bila nak buat? Tunggu oven baru hahaha.
