3bulan dari sekarang

Salah satu cara nak menurunkan berat badan adalah, menaikkan tahap metabolisma badan. Betulkan? Bila metabolisma badan tinggi, berat pun senang aje la nak turun. Kalau metabolisma badan rendah, maka senang la nak mengemuk badankan. Macam I, setahun I tak melakukan sebarang exercise yang membolehkan metabolisma badan I jadi tinggi. berjalan laju tak boleh berlari apatah lagi. Setakat jalan sekentut pun, kaki I mudah krem. Well, inilah kesannya operation 13jam.

Buat masa ni, dalam kepala hotak I adalah, ber-badminton 2kali seminggu, dan akan berjogging dihujung minggu selama 2jam. Kalau larat, badminton tu up ke 3kali seminggu. Jogging tu I akan buat setiap hari di kawasan rumah I la. 30minit sehari boleh la kan. Boleh mesti boleh!

Jadi target I masih lagi nak menurunkan berat badan walau dah turut sikiiiiiiiit je. I challenge badan dan kekuatan kaki I ni, selama 3bulan. Hari ni, I timbang berat badan dan I pastikan I akan timbang berat badan I 3bulan akan datang. Berhasil atau tidak. Ngeeeeeeee
