BMI next to overweight??!!

السلام عليکم

Dengar laaaaaaaaaaa oh jeritan batinku. BMI (body mass index) 25!!! Next to overweight!! Tidaaaaaakkkkkkk.

Soalan:
Apa itu BMI?

Jawapan:
BMI atau dalam bahasa melayunya, indeks berat badan. Atau dengan lebih tepat, ukuran statistik terhadap skala lemak berdasarkan kepada tinggi berat badan yang ideal.

Keluhan hati...
Mengeluh tak sudah I ni. I tepuk2 dahi jendul I ni. Walaupun dalam kategori healthy, tapi next to overweight. Tetap juga stress. Huhuuu gelak guling2 sedih I dibuatnya. Patutla susuk tubuh I ni nampak plum sangat2. Cewahhh ayat best tu plum. Bukan gemok ke?!! Macam mana I tau BMI I 25??!! I guna ni........

Soalan :
Kalau benda ni takde benda ni, macam mana nak kira BMI?

Jawapan:
Boleh kira dengan manual. Ikuti cara2 dibawah

BMI = Berat (kg) (bahagi) Tinggi (m) x Tinggi (m)

Contoh = 68kg (bahagi) 1.66 x 1.66 = 24.67 (kesimpulan 25) <--- terus terang berat dan ketinggian I
