Resepi: Rendang Ayam Hijau

Assalamualikum, Salam Sejahtera.

Resepi Rendang Ayam Hijau

Bahan-Bahan
·                     1 ekor ayam, dipotong 12 bahagian
·                     250 ml santan
·                     2 sudu besar kerisik
·                     Garam dan gula secukup rasa
·                     2 keping asam gelugor
·                     2 helai daun kunyit- buang urat dan hiris halus-Yatie tambah
·                     1/2 cwn minyak utk menumis
·                     sedikit air jika perlu
Bahan Kisar
·                     4 batang serai-hiris halus
·                     1 inci halia
·                     1 inci kunyit hidup
·                     1 inci lengkuas
·                     30 biji cili padi hijau
·                     4 tangkai cili hijau-Yatie tambah
·                     10 biji bawang merah
·                     1 labu bawang besar-Yatie tambah
·                     5 ulas bawang putih
Cara Memasaknya
1.                   Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumis bahan2 kisar hingga garing.
2.                   Kemudian masukkan ayam dan kacau hingga rata.Selepas itu masukkan santan, kerisik,asam gelugor,gula dan garam secukup rasa.
3.                   Kacau lagi di atas api yang perlahan dan masaklah hingga pekat. Masukkan daun kunyit.
4.                   Bila cukup kering, bolehlah diangkat.
5.                   Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
